Smoke detector

Every apartment is required to have a smoke detector and each apartment must have one smoke detector for every 60 m2.

With the new law, the responsibility for procuring fire alarms in the apartment and their maintenance is transferred to the housing company. The law has a two-year transition period. In the housing company, we have already started planning the implementation of the practical actions, such as the above. fire alarm inspections, and schedules. We will inform all our residents as the plan progresses.

In the future, the apartment resident will only be responsible for notifying the building company immediately of faults, such as the battery running out or a fault in the device, and taking care of regular testing of the device.

Removing the smoke detector is strictly forbidden!
