Our operating principle here at Kokkolan Vuokra Asunnot Oy is to offer rental apartments that meet the demands at a reasonable rental level.

In the coming years Kokkolan Vuokra Asunnot will focus its resources on the maintenance of already existing property over new construction projects. This is because housing maintenance is essential in ensuring sustainable development.

By renovating old building stock, we avoid overbuilding and prevent deficit in room occupancy rate in our older properties.
