Spring is finally here and that means yard brushing and cleaning begins.
Initially, the sanding wreaths will be removed from the walkways, so that we can ensure safe and barrier-free movement in the yard area. And when the ground and grass areas have thawed and dried enough, other necessary measures are taken to get the yards in shape for the summer.
Feeding the birds in the yard is prohibited!
Feeding birds in the housing yard area can cause harm that may negatively affect the environment and the comfort of the residents. First, feeding attracts large populations of birds, which can lead to excessive droppings in the environment. This, in turn, can soil the area and increase cleaning needs.
Second, feeding birds and leaving food scraps on the ground may attract other harmful animals such as rats and other pests. These animals can cause problems and increase health risks for residents.
In summary, although feeding the birds may seem like a good thing, it is important to carefully consider its possible adverse effects in the housing association’s yard. It is recommended to look for sustainable solutions that do not harm the environment or residents.
