Spring brings light and warmth – and it’s also time to get the yards ready for summer. This week, we will begin the spring maintenance of the outdoor areas, starting with the removal of grit from walkways to ensure safety in the yard areas. Please note that the work will proceed safely and efficiently if passageways are kept as clear as possible – we kindly ask you to avoid parking cars in the work areas.
Once the ground and lawn areas have dried sufficiently, we will continue with sweeping, tidying up the lawns, and other necessary maintenance tasks. Spring maintenance ensures a pleasant and well-kept environment for the residents.

✅ Sort waste correctly – plastic, bio-waste, cardboard, glass, and metal each in their designated bins.
✅ Avoid mixed waste – most waste can be recycled.
✅ Hazardous waste and electronic waste should be taken to designated collection points.
✅ Recycle usable furniture and items – donate or sell instead of throwing them away!

With the snowfall, snow removal, and sanding are once again necessary!
We kindly ask you to avoid parking cars in the yard area during and after snowfall to ensure that snow removal can be carried out safely and efficiently.
Cars parked in the yard area may hinder progress and complicate snow removal, which can also make sanding to prevent slipperiness more difficult.
