Remember to specify in the report if maintenance is allowed to come in with a master key or if you want to be present for the maintenance due to having pets at home etc.

The maintenance company serves residents 24/7. Urgent tasks that require immediate repair will be carried out by the maintenance company as on-call work and non-critical tasks during the following couple of days.
