Laundy room and drying room

The communal laundry and drying rooms are open for residents daily between 7-22 o’clock unless notified differently by the company.

Please follow these guidelines while using the laundry or drying rooms:

LAUNDRY ROOM:

• You can only wash your own household laundry in the laundry room
• Washing carpets in the washing machines is strictly forbidden!
• Booking for the laundry room must be done in advance on the booking list inside the laundry room. You must clearly write your name, apartment number and time period of when you’ll be using the laundry room on the booking list.
• If you want to cancel a booking, please note this on the booking list as soon as possible, so that another resident has the opportunity to take your original slot.
• If the booked slot isn’t used within 30 minutes of the start of the booked time period, the next person in need of the laundry room can take the slot.
• The laundry must be taken away from the laundry room IMMEDIATELY after the end of your booked slot.
• Please remember to keep the laundry room clean and tidy
• Everyone is responsible for the cleanliness of the laundry room as well as cleaning the washer at the end of the booking.

DRYING ROOM:

• Dirty and soaked laundry is not allowed into the drying room
• Drying room is meant ONLY for drying laundry
• Do not dry or store carpets inside the drying room
• Do not unnecessarily store laundry in the drying room
• Dried laundry needs to be picked up immediately
• Please remember to tidy up the drying room after every use
• If the drying room is used for something other than its intended purpose, its use can be taken away from the residents!

By following these common guidelines every resident contributes to the laundry/drying room remaining tidy and being a pleasant place to do laundry.
