When the office is closed, you can terminate the apartment as follows:
• you can terminate the rental agreement electronically at https://portaali.tampuuri.fi/kokkolantalohoito/vuokrasopimuksenirtisanominen
• written terminations can be left in the mailbox
• by e-mail to vuokra-asunnot@talohoito.fi
